Body Combat: Punch and kick your way to fitness!! An energetic aerobic workout mixing various martial arts (boxing, karate, Muay Thai, Tae Kwan Do, Ju Jitsu, kick boxing, Capoeira, etc..) performed to energising and motivating music. Suitable for all fitness levels.
