What if I have other medical conditions?

If you suffer from medical conditions, have any bone or joint conditions that may be made worse by exercising, have recently had surgery or given birth, are pregnant or are on any medications; it is recommended that you seek your doctor's advice before starting any new diet and/or exercise programme.

How do I book my programme?

All 12-week programme and maintenance programme one-to-one consultations are to be booked once payment has been made by contacting Stefania by email on stefania@fitness-dynamics.co.uk or by phone on 07779 593253 .

Can I cancel a one-to-one session?

All consultations booked are subject to 48 hours' notice of cancellation. If less than 48 hours is given to cancel a consultation, the consultation fee will be charged in full at £50, or deducted from the Plan (applicable to the monthly membership plan, or 12-Week programmes for diabetes or thyroid).

Can I carry consultations over to the next month?

Any consultations not used in the relevant month on the 'Monthly Maintenance Programme', cannot be carried forward to the next month, or refunded. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they book their monthly consultations on time by emailing stefania@fitness-dynamics.co.uk

How and when do I pay?

All payments are to be made before consultations can be booked or access to programmes is granted. Payment is made via credit or debit card using PayPal by clicking on the relevant Buy Now or Subscribe buttons.

I have a monthly maintenance plan, how do I cancel?

If you are thinking about cancelling your monthly plan, please do talk to us first in case there is something we can do to help you achieve your goals. If you need to cancel your plan, please email stefania@fitness-dynamics.co.uk , providing one-month's notice of your intent to cancel.

How long does it take to get my personalised plan?

Once you have had your initial consultation via skype or phone, please allow 48 hours for Stefania to write your bespoke coaching and nutrition plan.
